Do you have clients with chronic neck and upper back pain or with sciatica and chronic low back pain? Wonder why they don’t get relief from working the areas that hurt? This course will allow you to alleviate and sometimes eliminate these issues for your clients.
Each morning will learn ways to ask the client to actively engage muscles to improve your palpation skills and help you isolate specific muscles in each area, making your work more efficient and effective. Afternoons will include a demonstration of techniques for the hip or shoulder girdle, and then an exchange to practice and receive the work.
Emphasis will be on discovering the source of the problem and treating that, rather than just addressing symptoms. As with all my Deep Tissue courses, we will focus on techniques that help you give more pressure with less effort.
